 Overview
Buckswood Education Group offers courses to suit all ages and educational needs. Buckswood School is a UK boarding school of international renown offering courses for 10-19 year olds. St. George’s complements the school’s academic programmes through its impressive portfolio of pre-university courses as well as its tailor-made holiday courses and Summer School.
We also offer students overseas study visits and personal development expeditions to New York, Japan, France, Belgium and New Zealand. Buckswood also offers certain students the opportunity to participate in our charity project work in Swaziland each July. Buckswood St. George's, International Baccalaureate students are invited to join the Tanzania expedition during their first year. Buckswood Education Group has something for everyone!
St. George’s offers recognised academic year courses for students aged 16 yrs+ and holiday courses for individuals or groups, either as per program or tailor-made.
The St. George’s residence is an impressive, large house in a very pleasant residential area of St Leonard’s, Hastings, close to the shops and the seafront.
Rooms are either singles or twins and the house is well-equipped with bathrooms, showers, shared living room, dining room, study rooms and garden.
The students are cared for by our residential House Managers.
St. George’s
St. George’s offers a variety of courses to suit the needs of the international student, whether extra English Language lessons over a holiday period or intensive IELTS preparation.
The University Foundation courses are held at the university centre, Hastings. Students on our fast track “A” Level attend classes at the Buckswood School campus, which is our sister school and is about a 5km drive from St. George’s. Free transport is provided for our students to and from Buckswood School.
